Forums 

Each Spring and Fall we gather to be equipped by a leader that is doing ground-breaking work in the area of church health and sustainability. Some of our previous speakers include Rich Villodas, Carl Vaders, Mark DeYmaz and Ed Stetzer. As a relational network, we value gathering together in an intimate environment, having a great meal and receiving from these incredible leaders.  This is a great time to get poured into and expand your toolkit.  All pastors are welcome to these events!

 

Banquet 

Our end of year Banquet is a time to party! A time to gather for a great night out with delicious food, fun raffles and awards, and to celebrate all that God has done in and through Manna for the previous year as well as look ahead to the coming year.

Retreats 

Throughout the year, we host regional retreats at The Retreat at Rainbow Vista (Fallbrook).   This retreat center has specifically been established for pastoral and church retreats.  This is a time to bring together smaller groups of pastors, and their families, for growing deeper in relationship with God and one another.  Typically, these retreats focus on pastor and marital health.  The kids have a great time as well, sharing a lot in common with other pastor’s kids.  Lodging and meals are provided.
